Once your raffle is all set up and you've received approval for your raffle licence from your local regulator, you're ready to submit your raffle for approval in your Funding Change account.
Keep in mind that if you make any changes to your raffle after you've submitted it, the raffle will fall out of pending status and will need to be submitted again. In order to avoid delays, it's best to make sure that all your details are correct before submitting your raffle for approval.
Ready to Submit
1. Click the Submit button from your raffle dashboard.
If you don't see the Submit button from your raffle dashboard, it may be because you have outstanding tasks remaining in your raffle's setup.
2. Confirm that you're ready to submit and click Submit.
3. Email your approved raffle licensing documents to licensing@fundingchange.ca
Please keep in mind that your approval may take up to two business days from that time that your raffle and licensing documents were submitted.
Note: If we find any conflicts between your licence and your raffle setup, we will reject your raffle and inform you of changes that need to be made before your raffle can be approved.
